Remembering Cheetahs

So pleased that my Wildlife Photographer of the year image of a cheetah defending itself from a pack of African wild dogs made it into the Remembering Cheetahs book in the Remembering Wildlife series.

This Encounter between a Cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus) and a Pack of African Wild Dogs (Lycaon pictus) was photographed in Zimange Private Game Reserve, KZN, South Africa. The photograph was taken from a vehicle. The photograph was recorded as a Raw image on a Nikon D4s camera using a Nikon 400mm f2.8 lens. Post production involved level adjustment, adjustments to contrast and sharpening and cropping.
