In September 2019 2 of my photographs reached the final 40 images in the Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards. The top 40 are published in the annual book though at the last minute the monkey photo was withdrawn as it was decided it wasn’t suitable for children.
These Laughing Plains Zebra (Equus quagga) were photographed in the Ngorongoro crater in Tanzania. The photograph was recorded as a Raw image on a Nikon D4s camera using a Nikon 400mm f2.8 lens. ISO 400 f23.2 1/6400 sec. Post production involved Exposure adjustment Cropping and sharpening.Two Pig tailed Macaques taken in the jungles of Borneo. The facial expressions on the monkey on the right is priceless.
